Our group of specialists is dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care and service for patients and referring physicians in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
We strive to offer timely access in our offices and endoscopy center and to ensure continuity of care in our affiliated hospitals. Our main facility is conveniently located in Cranston and Providence, with satellite offices in Pawtucket, Cumberland, and Lincoln.

I have had nothing but a good experience throughout the years I have been seeing Dr. Shah. No, everything is not always perfect, but life is not perfect and things happen sometimes. I have had to deal with GI doctors since I was about 6 years old, I'm 47 now, and Dr. Shah was the first to make me feel comfortable with his practice. I have never had to wit more than 10 minutes to be seen, which is huge for me as I have waited for almost 2 hours for another doctor I was seeing. Dr. Shah listens to what I have to say and is thorough and does not push medication on me that I say I am not willing to take. Thank you for your great service Dr. Shah!
Dr Dreisbach performed my colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
I had an appointment in advance to discuss whether there was a need for the endoscopy. She fully explained the procedures and the pros and cons and took the time to answer my questions.
She had a great bedside manner the day of the procedure and fully explained the results.
Support staff and nurses were also very kind.

I was extremely nervous about seeing a GI. Dr Adrian came in and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have procedures scheduled in Sept. She seems very knowledgeable, caring, and willing to explain things in a way I could understand.

Dr. Spector is is one of the finest physicians I've ever been fortunate enough to have on my side. He has treated multiple family members, my husband and myself and friends alike. He is my go-to GI guy and I refer him to friends and colleagues all the time. Aside from being a very talented doctor he's also a wonderful human being. He is kind, compassionate, thoughtful and considerate. And he has a lovely sense of humor. Somehow even in the midst of anxiety, he always makes me feel safe and well taken care of. He really is the best of the best!

Dr. Deiesbach was such a wonderful physician to work with. She was relaxed, professional and friendly. She was incredibly informative as well. She took the time to educate me on my health issues, and rhe upcoming procedures I needed done. She had an amazing bedside manner the day of my procedures as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience..
