After 4:30pm the answering service responds to calls for urgent medical problems only. One of our physicians is on-call and available by telephone.
Our voice-mail system is intended for non-urgent messages (such as prescription refills and scheduling) both during and after office hours. Staff check messages daily (not weekends and holidays), but cannot assure a timely response. Please do not leave a message if you have an urgent issue.
