Doctor Spector is amazing very kind and professional
Dr Kalmowitz did my Endoscopy, after I was rushed to the Hospital with extremely low blood count and heart palpitations. He was so wonderful and reassuring. He made me feel very safe, even held my hand while I was getting the sedation. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an Endoscopy.
She is The best at her Job and a great Human Being. God bless her.
So I just went today and I read so many bad reviews and was super scared. Basically my school health services referred me there and I was thinking about canceling. But everything was so nice and smooth according to my personal experience. There are a lot of parking spots and the front desk ladies are nice. The doctor and nurse are also warm and efficient. I got out in 30 min and paid $15 in total for the visit.
Dr Dreisbach performed my colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
I had an appointment in advance to discuss whether there was a need for the endoscopy. She fully explained the procedures and the pros and cons and took the time to answer my questions.
She had a great bedside manner the day of the procedure and fully explained the results.
Support staff and nurses were also very kind.

I had my first upper Endoscopy yesterday and I was very nervous. Everyone I encountered was very nice and comforting. This is my second procedure from Dr. Adrain and I would highly recommend this office.
Dr. Gao and all the staff made my procedure easy and they were very helpful, nice, kind. I had endoscopy and colonoscopy same day and everything was great. My experience was positive. Thanks everyone!!!

Yesterday colonoscopy by Dr.Schreiber……I was very impressed by everything…BEAUTIFUL OFFICE, GREAT SEATING. WARM INVITING STAFF AT FRONT DESK, FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT NURSES.

Caring staff and doctor. Dr Shah was personable and professional listening to my concerns and advising me. Jackie at the front desk was pleasant checking me in. Tracy was efficient and friendly checking my blood pressure and arranging my paperwork. Finishing up with Leslie scheduling my next visit was nice so I do not have to call back. A good experience and I recommend Dr Shah.
West end Endoscopy is a wonderful facility with amazing staff. The only concern that we had was having to over hear one of the Techs named Amanda “Caucasian female, dark hair, pulled back into a ponytail” talk about being ready to take her lunch break to go buy some bud and get high. However, I do understand that marijuana is legal, but I also think there is a time and place for that kind of conversation. Smoking marijuana on break then coming back to your patients is not the safe thing to do. Other than having to hear that conversation, I believe west river Endo is a great place with amazing Drs.
Outstanding facility with a great staff. Dr Greenspan and his staff are top notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful explaining ever step of my procedure. I cant say enough good things about my experience. The building was very clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend using Gastroenterology Associates.
